Wine making

We are certified for our work in the vineyard and in the cellar. Our wine making is traditional with the use only of natural products. The only dispensation in this principle made by Swiss Bio is the addition of sulphite for the preservation but according to a standard lower than conventional wines.
Our whites are exclusively brought up in metallic tank which allows them to keep their aromatic typicité.
For red we work with the metallic cuverie and drink.
The gamay and our orion assembly are converted into wine in metallic tank.
The pinot noir is raised half in barrel and half in metallic tank.
The Devin, who is an assembly of gamaret, diolinoir and  garanoir, is half brought up in large barrel (called "foudre") of 3200 liter oak, and the balance in standard barrel.
The Evolution is an assembly of Cabernet-sauvignon,Merlot and gamaret is raised 18 months exclusively in new barrel.
